Engaging, interactive and fun! For me, these are the most important words in teaching. I support a decentralized approach to teaching, students have a great deal to learn from one another and I believe this should be encouraged. With years of experience and a PGCEi to formalize my knowledge, I strive to build a creative and interesting peda;gy while fostering a positive learning environment.
