Communication• Communicated project ideas and instructions to local villagers and workers in English and Wolof.• Worked with Monarch Airlines to create a marketing strategy to enable their growth across Europe. Presented the final findings to three representatives on the business and came 3rd in the UK.• Co-ordinated digital marketing group activity as team leader. I took the initiative and proposed the main creative idea, delegated roles and designed the final report. Implementing effective time management for myself and my team – setting dead- lines and monitoring the progress of the group via regular meetings. Innovation• Idea for the use of 3D printing to provide an affordable alternative for underprivileged children in need of prosthetic limbs across the UK.• Designed and coordinated an email marketing campaign for STS to attract new clients.
