Benefits

GPA offers a highly competitive financial and benefits package for teachers, which is based on qualifications and experience. The package includes, but is not limited to:

·       Payment:

Full time teachers:

25 – 30 hours per week; Gross monthly salary: 2000 - 2500 USD (Negotiable)

It’s optional for teachers to get more hours; these extra hours will be paid with a bit higher rate.

Part time teachers: 20 - 25 USD per hour depending on their teaching experience, qualification, working time

·       Working hours: Depend on an agreement of both parties

Please note that most of courses take place during weekday evenings and weekends, together with some daytime classes.

Job descriptions

·       Plan, prepare and deliver high quality English language teaching for different ages (children, teenagers, adults) and levels (beginner to advanced) as required

·       Conduct and mark students’ progress tests

·       Write periodical class report and student report to give feedback on their progress and    performance

·       Monitor learners’ progress and provide timely feedback to course supervisor to manage learners’ performance throughout a course

·       Participate in teacher training activities as required

·       Contribute to the evaluation, development and improvement of English language courses, materials, and related services by working as a member of the teaching team

Requirements:

  Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Applied Linguistics, English Literature or equivalents from an internationally accredited university is advantageous
